Our step-by-step post-construction cleaning process ensures that your premises are thoroughly cleaned after every construction or remodeling project. From the initial rough clean to the final touch-up, we take care of every detail so you can enjoy your home in pristine and safe condition.
ROUGH CLEAN
During this initial phase, all construction debris, including excess material, caulking, over-spray and adhesives, will be removed, which is the responsibility of the contractors. –Unfortunately, we do not offer this service due to the potential hazards.
FINAL CLEAN
In this phase, all interior surfaces are thoroughly cleaned to make the room ready for occupancy. It includes interior and exterior cleaning of closets, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, trim, windows, vents and appliances. Exterior areas such as garages and porches can be cleaned upon request to ensure all surfaces are dust free and sparkling.
TOUCH-UP CLEAN
A week or so after the dust settles, we can go back in and wipe down all horizontal surfaces to assure that all dust and debris is taken care of. This option is sometimes utilized when a house has been sitting for a long period after the Final Cleaning.
Note: ALL QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTIONS is done after every Move-In and Move-Out Cleaning is completed
